What the two classic Baguio park rides cost: a horse ride at the Wright Park stable and a boat on Burnham Lake. For everything else about the park itself, free entry, opening hours, bike rental and how to get there, see the Burnham Park guide.
Burnham Lake boating
The Baguio city government ordered boat concessionaires to charge ₱250 for 30 minutes, announced in September 2026. That’s the rate to expect at the counter now.

Mines View Park, further along the ridge
Mines View Park, a short ride past Wright Park, is the viewpoint over the Cordillera mountains and has no entrance fee. What costs money there is the Saint Bernard photo op: around ₱20-50 for a photo on your own phone, or ₱100-120 for a printed copy, plus a separate charge if you rent an Igorot costume for photos.

Basing yourself for this
Downtown, near Session Road and Burnham Park, puts you closest to both the lake and a short ride to Wright Park and Mines View. See where to stay in Baguio for how that compares with Camp John Hay and the Legarda/Mines View side of town, or a 3-day Baguio itinerary for where this fits alongside the rest of the city.

Yes, free to enter. The only cost is the Saint Bernard photo op at the viewpoint. See Mines View Park, further along the ridge above for prices and sourcing.
Are Burnham Park and Wright Park walkable from each other?
They're both central Baguio landmarks but not an easy walk between the two, a short tricycle or taxi ride is the usual way to combine them in one day.

Panagbenga (February-March), Holy Week and the December school break. Expect queues for the boats and the horses, and a longer drive up from the lowlands, see where to stay in Baguio for more on peak-season timing.
